Key Responsibilities & Skills: Intune Support: Familiarity with MDM, MAM, and Azure AD Windows Server/Clients, Android, iOS troubleshooting Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Hands-on with Event Viewer, Task Manager, Command Line Tools Identity & Access Management: Strong grasp on IAM within O365 environments Experience managing MFA, SSO, and integrations with client platforms Proficient in Azure AD, RBAC, User & Group Management Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) Relevant technical support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur ????
