- Serve as a trusted advisor for our premium members - delivering personalized assistance across dining, travel, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle needs.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
- Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Maintain strong documentation in our internal CRM systems.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
- Strong customer service experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services
- Excellent time management & multitasking skills - you'll be handling multiple high-priority requests
- Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
- Independent, self-motivated, and accountable - especially in a remote, overnight setting
- A passion for solving problems, helping others, and exceeding expectations
- Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China, is a plus
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients is highly valued
- This is a full-time remote position based in Malaysia
- Working hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (MYT), including weekends and public holidays
- You must have the legal right to work in Malaysia
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, able to communicate calmly and professionally with both members and suppliers at all times.
- Strong ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the tact and diplomacy needed to handle complex situations effectively.
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Enthusiasm for working in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in customer service, dining, ticketing, or hospitality is a plus.
