- To manage internal sales channels ( branches, GSME RM, BCB, DITB) and TPAs on merchant application
- Develop and implement tactical incentive campaigns to internal sales channel
- Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business, projects and campaigns.
- Review and analyse merchant application regularly with internal sales channels and TPAs
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders across departments to create merchant business opportunity.
- To ensure KRAs are met for each channel which include sales, new merchant acquired, terminal target, MDR, revenue
- Provide support to branches for merchant business related enquiries.
- To joint meeting with internal sales team for key potential merchants.
- Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with team members at all times.
- To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirement.
- To partner with internal sales team to ensure KRAs are met.
- To provide training, coaching, development and motivation to the internal sales team.
- Guide junior staff to develop operational excellence
- To uphold bank statutory requirement and safeguard bank interest at all times.
- A recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business related studies.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably leader role in merchant acquiring business.
- Communication & presentation skills. Leadership skills.
- Passionate, energetic and able to work under pressure.
