Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, employee relations). Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and frameworks aligned with business goals. Partner with management on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives. Manage HR team to deliver effective HR support and services. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and organizational development.
