- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, employee relations).
- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Manage HR team to deliver effective HR support and services.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in oil & gas or similar industries is an advantage.
