About the job HR ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, employee relations).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with management on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Manage HR team to deliver effective HR support and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in oil & gas or similar industries is an advantage.
