Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, proposing corrective actions as needed. Contribute to the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by overseeing the maintenance of financial systems. Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to streamline financial processes. Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Work closely with other departments to promote cross-functional understanding and cooperation. Represent the finance department in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.
