- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in accounting or finance roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate tax compliance and prepare tax returns.
- Support internal and external audits, implementing recommendations for internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, staying abreast of market trends and regulations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial modeling.
