- Passion for social media and Xiaohongshu, with awareness of content trends.
- Willingness to learn copywriting, shooting, posting, and client servicing.
- Basic editing/design skills (e.g., CapCut / Canva) are an advantage.
- Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Skills required: Xiaohongshu Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation and Chinese Language Proficiency
- Account servicing support: Assist in client communications, take meeting notes, follow up on tasks, and maintain project trackers.
- Content & copywriting: Support content planning, draft Xiaohongshu copy (titles, notes, hashtags), and refine under guidance.
- Shooting & production: Assist in shoots (mobile is fine), handle simple editing, and prepare thumbnails/visuals.
- Publishing & scheduling: Upload posts, apply correct tags, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Analytics & reporting: Collect weekly data, prepare simple performance summaries, and suggest improvements.
- Community management: Respond to comments/inbox using the brand's tone, escalate issues when necessary.
- Location: Office in a prime area, within walking distance to MRT.
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:30pm (Weekends off).
