RESPONSIBILITIES Support the growing digital presence of the company, working within a fast-paced, collaborative team that values creativity, agility, and performance driven thinking and other duties as per below:- Plan, create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc) Live host for TikTok Shop and Shopee Run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) Design and implement email marketing campaigns Manage and update company website and product listings (if applicable) Create product promo videos, graphics, and reels Analyze digital campaign performance and generate reports Collaborate on new marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns Respond to online customer inquiries/messages (if needed) Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices Perform roadshows by creating awareness to public SEO EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, Digital Marketing 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content-related roles Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS, Canva, and email marketing tools Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager is an advantage Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills Proficient in English and MS Office Suit Able to work independently and deliver results Familiar with e-commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok Shop.
