- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns to drive conversions across ad channels including display, programmatic, search and social platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies based on expected outcomes, using performance metrics such as Conversion Rate, CPA, eCPA, CTR, etc. to make informed decisions.
- Continuously test and refine audience targeting, ad creatives, and landing page experiences.
- Monitor performance daily to ensure campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maintain strong margins.
- Use analytics tools to identify insights and inform campaign adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and leverage creative or technical support where needed.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns with a performance focus.
- Strong command of one or more key advertising platforms (display/programmatic is a must)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS or margin-based performance targets.
- Analytical thinker with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and ad platform reporting.
- Comfortable working with data to guide decisions and optimize results.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.
- Someone with attention to detail and looks beyond the numbers - thinking critically about optimisation and areas for improvement.
