
Creator Campaign Strategist - TikTok Shop - Malaysia

- Accountable for deconstructing objectives for creator-centric campaigns within the MY market, developing strategic frameworks, facilitating cross-departmental coordination, overseeing execution, monitoring progress, and conducting iterative reviews to ensure seamless integration with the affiliate creator ecosystem, thereby driving creator acquisition and conversion growth
- Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and creator profiles through comprehensive data analysis, creator surveys, and other methodologies to identify opportunities and challenges, enabling the effective implementation of major promotional initiatives (e.g., Double Digit, Payday) and key special events (e.g., SCD, LinkShare).
- Design event mechanisms-including policy incentives, product matchmaking, and traffic resource allocation-in collaboration with business units to elevate creator engagement and maximize overall revenue generation.
- Partner with the IMC team to spearhead cross-functional collaboration, coordinate resource mobilization, and ensure the efficient execution of events from conceptualization through to delivery.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to promote product tool optimization for Creator Management workflow, supporting the long-term development of the affiliate creator ecosystemQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above, with experience in e-commerce event operations, must have experience in managing major promotions (e.g., double digit, payday), knowledge of marketing and products preferred
- Strategy output based on data analysis, with good data sensitivity, basic perception of the MY affiliate creator ecosystem, strong cross-cultural/cross-department communication and project management abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
- Project management experience - able to independently handle key business indicators, and break down clear timelines and workflows
- Global vision with clear strategic thinking and logical mindset, possessing effective planning, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration abilities, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
