Job Responsibility Lead new product initiatives and marketing campaigns to support the company s expansion into Southeast Asia. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Conceptualize and develop innovative financial products tailored to regional markets. Design and implement go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, compliance) to deliver impactful campaigns. Align product offerings with customer expectations and regional market trends to drive business growth. Job Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 4 6 years of experience in product development, business strategy, or campaign planning (experience in the financial industry preferred). Solid background in product development and market research. Excellent analytical thinking and strategic planning skills. Proven experience in campaign management and execution. Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities. Language :English / Mandarin. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
