- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, SEO, paid ads) to build cohesive and effective campaigns
- Analyze audience segments and market trends to create data-driven campaign approaches
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, including ideation, content creation, channel selection, and deployment.
- Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Optimize campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and offline channels
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), such as CTR, conversion rates etc.
- Analyze campaign data to measure success and identify areas for optimization
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets for campaigns.
- Partner with media buying and digital teams to plan budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Align strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure business priorities are met.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategies and audience segmentation
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email automation tool
