We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive strategic initiatives that will propel our company forward. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our marketing and sales landscape, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our existing and new product offerings.Duties and responsibilities
  • #Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps for both existing and new products.
  • Craft innovative marketing strategies aligned with company guidelines and relevant legislation to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the product and marketing mix elements to optimize sales and profitability.
  • #Client Relationship Management: Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Create compelling business proposals and contracts to maximize revenue from our customer base.
  • #Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Conduct field visits alongside Sales Representatives and Managers to gather feedback on ongoing campaigns and market dynamics.
  • Monitor competitor products and marketing activities, maintaining up-to-date competitor profiles.
  • Develop counterstrategies in alignment with our marketing plan.
  • #Healthcare Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of National Services for Nephrology and other stakeholders in the public segment.
  • Establish and enhance safety and treatment standards in dialysis services.
  • Build a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders focused on dialysis business and Nephrology disciplines.
  • #Evidence-Based Approach: Develop local health economics models and leverage clinical studies to support industry standards and drive market conversion.
Professional competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Admin).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the renal care domain.
  • Healthcare industry background or scientific background would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Required for travel frequently to client sites.
