- Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in Sciences, Engineering, Occupational health, Environmental
- 5-10 years of EHS experience is required
- Must include extensive experience in MNCs. Experience with chemical, warehouse, distributor or manufacturing is added advantage
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage projects, cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, cross-culture communication & issue resolutions.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills to influence and drive conversations without direct authority across functions (commercial, distribution etcc)
- Able to start in short notice

- Ensure compliance with local EH&S laws and regulations by setting governance process and provide proposals to local leadership team to take actions to comply with the regulations.
- Implement the EH&S office safety playbook in the Malaysia offices e.g. emergency response process is in place and efficiency. office EH&S programs, SAFE FLEET, ergonomics, chemical management, contractor safety, permit to works, etc.
- Embedding the culture of safety in the organization by Identifying required trainings, conduct the EH&S Orientation for new hires and regularly provide training and other EH&S awareness programs for all employees.
- Ensuring Global Audit support and preparation in the Malaysia offices/warehouse, e.g. prepares and collect supporting documents, program reviews in CURVE, tracking of findings and CAPAs.
- Launch and maintain radiation safety program e.g. dose monitoring, abnormal dose investigation, provide and track radiation-related trainings, maintain SEG list, etc.
- Periodically conduct safety inspections throughout the facilities and improve non-conformance findings to prevent injury/illness accident or other non-compliance issues
- Actively play a role in co-creating business continuity plans, regular testing and review in partnership with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and Global Site Strategy & Operations (GSSO)
