As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Health Supplement Division. - Prepare annual brand plans, budgets, and monthly demand forecasts
- Manage all marketing A&P efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI
- Collaborate with the Sales team to implement brand plans and communication strategies
- Develop local advertising and media plans consistent with organisational strategies
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor intelligence to guide business decisions
- Optimise resource allocation through active assessment of return on investment
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams
The ideal Brand Manager will bring a wealth of experience from the health supplements or nutritional food industry. You will have a proven track record in developing multi-channel marketing programmes for retail pharmacies or modern trade. Your strong digital marketing skills will be essential in this role. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Degree in Pharmacy/ Food Science/ Nutrition/ Life Sciences or Business/Marketing background
- Experience working in health supplements or nutritional food industry
- Proven experience in developing multi-channel marketing programmes for retail pharmacies or modern trade
- Strong digital marketing skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical skills coupled with creativity and innovation
