Logistics Senior Executive/Executive (Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall running of the daily logistics operation.
To book and coordinate land transport, haulier for deliveries and shipment.
To liaise closely with forwarding agent, shipping agent, transporter and other relevant units for smooth logistics operation.
To conduct periodical discussion within department for improvement and increase productivity.
To coordinate with shipping unit on vessel space, haulier and customs broker for proper shipment arrangement.
To manage and monitor company's lorry performance, schedule maintenance, inspection and license renewal.
To prepare monthly movement report on land transport, haulier and others related scope.
To plan, coordinate and supervise all operations jobs especially in product delivery as to ensure meet the customer requirements.
Any others job assigned by Logistics Manager or the Managing Director.
To ensure the department is fully aware in implementing, establishing and maintaining the company's QHSE, Food Safety management system and Responsible Care Program including controlling and adherence of the management system in accordance with the standard requirements.
To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement.

Job Requirements:

Min. Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years working experience in manufacturing environment especially in oils Refinery or Oleochemicals industry.
Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience
