The Senior IT Business Analyst (non IBP) will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders by defining requirements and delivering effective technology solutions. This role is integral to supporting operational efficiency and driving innovation in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IT systems and solutions.
Document business processes, workflows, and system designs to ensure clarity and alignment.
