We are looking for an experienced Channel Development and governance to further develop the business segment's framework across channels. This role will be responsible for driving growth and compliance through structured frameworks, operating models and enhancing processes synergizing across various channels and platformsThe ideal candidate must have experience in analysing and building frameworks and executing strategies at scale. He/she should also possess strong business acumen, analytical skills and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing channel strategy to expand customer base by identifying potential opportunities and gaps in the current operating model
- Managing relationships with channel leads and partners to ensure smooth operations of sales channels, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize channel performance and providing insights on how to improve their sales processes.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities for expansion into new markets or segments.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product management, technology development, marketing, finance and legal, to support channel initiatives.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales distribution, preferably in telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks impacting sales distribution models.
- Experience with digital transformation projects within sales distribution functions.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.What’s next?
