
Sales Engineer

- Defines sales tactics together with the sales manager and acts accordingly.
- Solves commercial/tactical issues and challenges directly with the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for organizing all sales engineering deliverables throughout all sales phases (starting from pre-bid) until the handover to the execution team.
- Involves technical experts to develop the best possible conceptual designs.
- Takes and initiates actions in full accordance with the philosophy behind the sales strategy.
- Ability to work on various projects in various sales phases simultaneously.
- Leading an internal sales support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls).
- Strong in listening and analyzing customer requirements.
- Responsible that all procedural steps are taken on time in accordance with sales process checklists.
- Good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.
- Team player.
- Problem-solving ability/attitude.
- Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their projects.
- Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial international organization, often working across organizational, geographic, and cultural boundaries
- Willing to travel internationally (up to 20% of your time)
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or similar discipline)
- Excellent in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
