Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards. Liaise with lawyers to draft a standard tenancy agreement that includes landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines. Prepare reports and follow up on the status of negotiations with tenants. Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the mall.
