KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase enrolment in SPEED's programmes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners. - Meet or exceed sales targets to support SPEED's revenue growth. - Plan and implement marketing strategies for programmes, certifications, and events. - Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and online ads. - Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and content. - Support and promote SPEED's events, workshops, and seminars. - Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. - Provide excellent service to clients, partners, and learners while collecting feedback. - Coordinate with internal teams and the university's marketing unit for aligned efforts. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education or training sector. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing effective marketing campaigns. - Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, supported by excellent project management skills.
