KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase enrolment in SPEED's programmes. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners. Meet or exceed sales targets to support SPEED's revenue growth. Plan and implement marketing strategies for programmes, certifications, and events. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and online ads. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and content. Support and promote SPEED's events, workshops, and seminars. Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. Provide excellent service to clients, partners, and learners while collecting feedback. Coordinate with internal teams and the university's marketing unit for aligned efforts. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education or training sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing effective marketing campaigns. Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
