About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, multi-brand F&B group with over 7 unique dining concepts. They pride themselves on delivering innovative and quality dining experiences across Malaysia and the region. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment (80%) Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for stores and HQ level. Lead end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles (outlet managers, chefs, front-of-house staff, corporate professionals). Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and staffing priorities. Strengthen employer branding through career fairs, social media, partnerships with universities and recruitment platforms. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Other HR Responsibilities (20%) Oversees payroll administration, HR compliance, and performance management as required. Assist in training & development initiatives to build capability across teams. Maintain and update HRIS, personnel records, and related documentation. Participate in HR projects and process improvements to enhance overall HR operations. Participate in employee engagement & retention initiatives. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years' HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment Strategies on ground / store / outlet level, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment. Strong understanding of employee engagement practices and turnover management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
