• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good Communication skills and Customer Service.
• Can work for 8 hours/day.

• Understand customers' needs and provide product recommendations based on the assigned product category.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of product features, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment by offering proactive and friendly service.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
