- Ensure timely commercialisation of OctoBiz MVP and deliver high availability, performance, and scalability of mobile, web, and API platforms across GCTB - OctoBiz, BizChannels and commercial banking digital platforms including OBCA and digital service via BCC/chatbots.
- Lead incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of customer experience (CX), and NPS
- Collaborate with core product team and DCORO for ensuring regulatory compliance of all the digital platforms
- Drive new customer acquisition through digital on boarding (e.g., OBCA) and other partnerships like TNGD, MesinKira etc.
- Lead cross-sell initiatives to existing customers via personalized journeys and data-driven insights using tools like AirShip, Adobe analytics.
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies for APIs and embedded finance use cases.
- Own digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media. Deliver consistent budgeted CPA and improved funnel conversion.
- Optimize campaigns for NTB (New-To-Bank) growth and product penetration, offer product bundles via single digital application process.
- Leverage analytics and automation to improve conversion and retention. Publish Platform KPIs daily/weekly dashboards for management reporting
- Build and lead a high-performing team across digital incidence management, transaction monitoring, digital operations, growth marketing, and platform support.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Represent the digital run function in executive forums and governance committees like PSC, PWC and Regional TB MC
