Role Overview:We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to head the Digital Run Team, responsible for the end-to-end management and growth of our digital banking platforms - OctoBiz mobile, web, H2H and APIs and support existing Biz Channel (RTB). This role is pivotal in driving platform stability, new user growth via digital acquisition, and commercialization strategies. The ideal candidate will blend deep digital technology understanding with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management & OperationsEnsure timely commercialisation of OctoBiz MVP and deliver high availability, performance, and scalability of mobile, web, and API platforms across GCTB - OctoBiz, BizChannels and commercial banking digital platforms including OBCA and digital service via BCC/chatbots.Lead incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of customer experience (CX), and NPSCollaborate with core product team and DCORO for ensuring regulatory compliance of all the digital platforms User Growth & CommercializationDrive new customer acquisition through digital on boarding (e.g., OBCA) and other partnerships like TNGD, MesinKira etc.Lead cross-sell initiatives to existing customers via personalized journeys and data-driven insights using tools like AirShip, Adobe analytics.Develop and execute commercialization strategies for APIs and embedded finance use cases. Digital Marketing & AcquisitionOwn digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media. Deliver consistent budgeted CPA and improved funnel conversion.Optimize campaigns for NTB (New-To-Bank) growth and product penetration, offer product bundles via single digital application process.Leverage analytics and automation to improve conversion and retention. Publish Platform KPIs daily/weekly dashboards for management reporting. Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing team across digital incidence management, transaction monitoring, digital operations, growth marketing, and platform support.Engage with senior stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business goals.Represent the digital run function in executive forums and governance committees like PSC, PWC and Regional TB MC. Job Requirements12+ years in digital banking, platform operations, or growth leadership. Strong understanding of non-retail banking products, services and functionsWell-versed with the banking industry and digital banking trendsProven success in managing digital platforms and driving commercial outcomes.Strong understanding of mobile/web technologies, APIs, and digital marketing.Experience in regulated environments with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
