1. JOB PURPOSE To lead and coordinate the successful delivery of technical projects by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. 2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Lead end-to-end project planning, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, technical constraints, and implementation requirements. Provide technical direction and ensure alignment with project goals. Act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, designers, QA, and management. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, timelines, and retrospectives. Undertakes any other tasks that immediate supervisor/Management may assign from time to time. 3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES Bachelor&aposs Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Project Manager or a similar role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scopes and stakeholders. Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting. Solid understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and modern tech stacks. Proficient in creating clear technical specifications, project timelines, and progress reports. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with development teams . Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
