The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Job Responsibilities: Lead various projects and assume full responsibility for achieving technical compliance, cost targets, performance goals and deadlines. Develop detailed projects plans following process guidelines (activities, resource allocation, component parts lead times, detailed calculations, etc) and ensure project teams are identified and assigned. Initiate, monitor and finalize projects, including meeting internal and external milestones, coordinating meetings (customer and supplier), preparing reports and analyses, implementing corrective actions, identifying resources, managing risks, documentation, and acceptance tests. (include quality assurance checklist). Manage projects through installation acceptance by customers and training of their personnel. Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams responsible for design, sourcing, fabrication and assembly, subcontracting, FSE and training for projects. Identify and manage project resources and materials requirements. Propose internal measures to enhance efficiency (productivity, quality, lead times, costs, etc). Review weekly/monthly timeline update and job costing to assess the impact of applied measures on project delay, product costs and conduct detailed analysis and contingency plans for any gaps related. Perform daily progress checks on work completed with FSE team, take corrective actions as needed. Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports to the BD Manager (Business Development) after each project, detailing experiences and significant observations. Maintain and update project-related indicators to track progress and complete, generate all required reports as per quality instructions and buy off processes. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Project Management related (Mechanical / E&E or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of experiences in project management. Strong background in managing projects either related to automation, semiconductor industrial field, or warehouse management. Willingness to travel or relocate as required. Possess good communication and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak / converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage as this is required to communicate with various stakeholders. Knowledge of technical engineering (2D/ 3D drawing), layout drawing, analytical thinking, problem solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills and well versed in Microsoft Offices.
