- Assist sales team with daily business processes:
- Assist with self-service platform related task (include but not limited to credit top-up, CSEC contracts creation in SFDC, liaison with other departments).
- PIC for Sales Support tasks (e.g., budget change request, festive gift purchase, internal event main coordinator, resolving system related issue and any other ad hoc task).
- Calculate & Prepare Commission related reports.
- Manage access for New Hire and resignee.
- Liaise with Finance and MIS team for revenue related requests (e.g., Revenue adjustment requests and/or prepayment invoices requests).
- Managing contracts and business-related process:
- Create sales’ contracts.
- Raise all MINT requests in system.
- Track SOF are signed and uploaded into SFDC upon conversion to contract.
- Monitoring AMs’ performance, and key projects progress:
- Prepares the office monthly YTD achievement reports and revenue forecast.
- Prepares AMs’ monthly YTD achievement reports.
- Tracking key projects pipeline.
- Assist with AR tracking.
- Liaison between Sales and Management teams and Finance team.
- More than 1 year of work experience.
- Familiar with SalesForce and business management processes are preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Both English and Chinese speaker is preferred.
