Job Description Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendor Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the requirements To coordinate with warehouse and production department for material planning To monitor incoming shipment To maintain procurement departments ISO documentation Working closely with cross-functional teams for purchasing request and purchasing process improvements. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance Apply SST exemption Prepare documentation for Certificate of Origin and Free Trade Agreement Undertake office administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field Preferably with ISO 9001:2015 knowledge At least 3 to 5 years working experience Able to write and speak fluent English and Mandarin Must be able to work independently Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
