• Preferably able to travel by own transport.

• Manage site progress, sub-contractors, site machinery, materials, and worker safety.
• Verify progress claims of sub-contractors.
• Chair meetings with sub-contractors for progress and safety committees.
• Attend client and consultant meetings.
• Coordinate with local authorities for requirements.
• Ensure safety and health of all workers and staff.
• Assist in achieving company vision and mission.
• Manage site within given time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Monitor daily site activities and safety.
• Assist in planning and coordinating site activities.
• Check sub-contractor work, defects, and quality.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements.
• Prepare daily reports and monthly progress reports.
• Liaise with subcontractors on subcontract matters.
• Coordinate site activities and attend meetings.
• Ensure work progress and quality controls follow procedures.
• Order construction materials and equipment, implement safety measures.
• Monitor service and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
• Implement preventive maintenance program to avoid breakdowns.
• Minimize material wastage.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
