Site Manager (Construction)

• At least a diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Preferably have experience in earthworks and infrastructure works.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Previous experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
• Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence and conflict resolution.
• Know basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and standards.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and minimizing waste.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors and construction workers.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
