Your new employer is a boutique Property Developer with a project portfolio consisting of high rise residential and mixed developments. At this moment, they are looking for a Site Manager for two of their new projects.
...about the job
- To plan and manage all on-site activities related to the construction project, determine resource requirements, identifying and mitigating risks.
- To manage the project budget, including cost estimates, and ensuring the project remains within the budget allocated.
- To monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments and resolving problems that arise.
- To ensure that the health, safety, environment, quality regulations and policies are adhered while completing the project.
- To manage project reporting, documentation, and lead project meetings to keep stakeholders updated.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or any equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Candidates with high rise construction experience will be prioritised
- Able to manage 2 ongoing projects simultaneously
