Job Description:The ideal candidate has good understanding of IT roles and demand, good communication skills, and has passion to help people in their career development. As a Recruitment Admin, you will assist in sales and recruitment pipeline, job postings, 1stlevel screening and coordinate interviews. You will work closely with sales account managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment flow.Key Responsibilities: * Sales and Recruitment Pipeline:
  • Work closely with sales account managers to understand client requirements and update recruitment pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of client requirements and recruitment activities in our internal system
2. Job Postings and Following Up:
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring optimization to attract qualified candidates.
  • Monitor job postings and follow up on responses and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling job postings for social media platforms
  • Utilize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and relevant LinkedIn groups, to promote job opportunities and attract passive candidates.
  • Engage with industry-specific LinkedIn groups to share job postings and network with potential candidates.
  • Monitor social media channels for candidate engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
3. Screening and Scheduling Interviews:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal hiring managers/recruiters.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
4.Assisting Recruiters:
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing interview materials.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role is preferred, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of IT roles and demand in the market.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and techniques for sourcing and networking.
  • Experience using services such as Lusha and SignalHire to obtain contact information for potential candidates or clients.
  • Familiarity with various job posting channels and recruitment software, such as Manatal or similar platforms.
