The role is all about being out in the market and striking the best deals and collaborations with brands and suppliers.If you are independent, competitive, and eager to fast-track your career in a dynamic startup environment, this could be the role and place for you. Key tasks: Sourcing & expansion and optimization of supplier network and product range Work with the sales team to identify market demands in terms of product range Continuously launch new products based on market demand and analyse the performance Source for the best supply options in the market for newly launched products Constantly expand our supplier base for products of the existing range Emergency sourcing for items in out-of-stocks events due to unexpected surge of demand Continuous monitoring of the App orders and growth of online transactions, to anticipate growth and prepare for growing demand Requirements Strong negotiation skills Very strong understanding of figures Target-driven Independent working and decision making Experience in s In the event of the team lead role: Proven leadership skills / experience leading a team Experience level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / up to 10 years of relevant experience Remuneration RM6,000-RM8,000 Salary ourcing is a strong advantage Excellent English (writing and verbal); fluent in Mandarin is an advantage (not a must)
