• Preferably a university graduate in Nutrition/ Dietetics, Health Care, Health Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience in the field is required.
• Certified HRDF trainer will be an advantage.
• Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using training software and tools
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Develop and deliver nutrition education and training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and develop training materials
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars to educate employees on nutrition and wellness topics
• Organize continuous medical education programme (CME)
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nutrition and training to ensure that programs are relevant and effective
• Participate in the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products and services.
