This job requires you to be in charge of the Commercial Finance and Costing spectrum. You will be assisting the Finance Director to maintain smooth operation of the Controlling and FP&A Team.You will in be in charge of

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze financial data, including sales performance, cost structures, profitability, and market trends.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for commercial and sales teams, clearly communicating financial performance and key metrics.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Business Partnering:

Build strong relationships with commercial and sales teams, acting as a trusted advisor and financial resource.
Partner with them to identify and evaluate business opportunities, assessing financial viability and potential risks and rewards.
Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and other initiatives to drive profitability.
Budgeting & Forecasting:

Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Assist in the creation of the annual budget, allocating resources efficiently to support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for course correction.
Risk Management:

Identify and assess potential financial risks associated with commercial activities.
Work with commercial and sales teams to develop mitigation strategies to minimize financial risks.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Other Duties:

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes for the commercial function.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial finance.
May participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a commercial finance or FP&A roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel with advanced functions)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of commercial operations (a plus)
