Our client in the BFSI are looking for Network Operations Centre Analyst in K. Lumpur to ensure total end-to-end network infrastructure availability, health visibility, ownership and accountability. Individual is responsible for network availability /health monitoring. To perform event management for Network, Server Operating System and Application Performance services. Requirements: At least Bachelor&aposs Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum of 5 year working experience in basic networking. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, etc.) . Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, MPLS) added advantage. Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and network security best practices. Experience with network performance analysis tools and techniques . Effective communication skills with good command of English language both in written and spoken. self-starter with a positive work attitude and be able to work independently.
