What does the role involve As a Software Engineer, you will be working in the Marketing Cloud Platform scrum team, in one of our biggest projects and focus on the following responsibilities: Collaborate with cross functional Agile teams to analyze, design and develop solutions of Hilti's Engagement Marketing technology stack, which mainly compromises Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Salesforce Data Cloud Develop, maintain, administrate, and provide operational support Work with a hands-on approach in developing solution designs for the integration of various applications and cloud platforms Own the whole process and technology stack, from the pipeline and toolchain definition, down to the implementation of build plans Monitor and fine-tune the CI/CD setup and proactively implement changes and fixes necessary to guarantee the continuity of delivery (GitLab, Jira, Shell Scripting) Support in the development of POCs to pilot markets to prove feasibility and business impact Become a key contributor to the Salesforce Developer communities in Hilti What do we offer At Hilti, we believe in a caring and performance-oriented culture. What you need is: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent education with a CGPA of 3.0 or similar grading 5+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on software development (e.g. web development, Java, APEX, C# or equivalent) Experience in writing/documenting functional specification documentation and solution designing. A good command of English (spoken and written) as well as communication / convincing skills Ability and willingness to learn new things - Strong ability to pick up new technical topics quickly and apply them to assignments Strong command on SQL and JavaScript. Experience in writing/documenting functional specification documentation and solution designing.
