Job Overview The Event Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. This role involves managing logistics, liaising with vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and providing on-site support during events. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, roadshows, exhibitions, and activations. Handle event logistics, including venue arrangements, setup, equipment, and materials preparation. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align event objectives and requirements. Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise. Manage event registration, guest list, and customer service at events. Monitor event budget, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Prepare post-event reports, including feedback, performance analysis, and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners. Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
