In your new role you will:

Work with Planner to ensure production scheduling and demand alignment to fulfill the active capacity.
Set min/max WIP target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance.
Follow up ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
Scheduling the number of equipment and resource required base on Line/Package Demand.
Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption
Review, respond engineering machine booking and equipment release for ES,PM and other Projects related activities. To ensure meeting ES CT and Safe Launch project timeline

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology
More than 8 years related experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing background
Good reporting, highly analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge & experiences in production line planning & productivity & process improvement
Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment/technical knowledge
Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs
