Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams to conceptualize and design visually compelling content across digital platforms, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Develop static creatives such as feed posts, carousels, promotional banners, campaign key visuals, and thumbnails in alignment with monthly content calendars and brand guidelines. Translate briefs from Social Media Executives into platform-optimized visuals that are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with current trends. Ensure all designs maintain a consistent visual identity across brands and formats, while tailoring each output to the platform&aposs best practices and audience behavior. Work closely with videographers and motion graphic designers to create cohesive visual storytelling across static and video content. Apply design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy to maximize content performance and visual impact. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and text overlays when needed, ensuring a polished final output. Receive and implement feedback from the Assistant Manager via Social Media Executives to refine visuals for approval and publishing. Manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and social platform requirements to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of all creative output. Support any ad hoc creative requests or projects as assigned by the superior to support team or business priorities. Job Requirements: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Photography and video editing skills will be considered a plus. Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay. Experience in beauty/FMCG industry will be a plus. Passion for beauty, design, and a drive to make a positive impact through your work. Show more Show less
