As a Junior Graphic Designer , you will support the creation of engaging visuals for a range of beauty and fragrance brands, assisting in delivering high-quality designs across digital, print, and retail platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in both creative execution and brand application, working under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer. You will contribute to campaigns, brand storytelling, and day-to-day design needs - ensuring visuals are aligned with brand identity while continuously developing your creative skills. Key Responsibilities: Brand Support & Design Execution Assist in the design and adaptation of marketing materials for assigned brands across both online and offline channels. Work with established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency while applying designs to local market needs. Contribute ideas and concepts during creative discussions and campaign planning. Creative Production Produce a variety of creative assets including: Digital: Social media posts, website banners, emailers (EDMs), digital ads, and basic motion graphics. Print & Retail: Simple packaging visuals, in-store displays, flyers, and promotional collateral. Support the Senior Graphic Designer on more complex brand campaigns and high-profile projects. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, retail, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Liaise with external partners (e.g., printers, vendors, photographers) as directed to ensure quality and accuracy. Brand Consistency & Quality Control Ensure all creative assets meet platform requirements and quality standards. Check and prepare production-ready files for both digital and print outputs. Learning & Creative Growth Stay updated on design trends, especially in beauty, fashion, and retail. Take feedback from senior team members to improve skills and strengthen creative execution. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field. 1-2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic After Effects or Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus). Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition. Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs to various formats. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
