- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or freelance experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge in 3D mockup or rendering tools (e.g., Blender, SketchUp) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with print production (e.g., dielines, color modes, resolution).
- Basic photo editing & retouching skills.
- Required: PDF or online portfolio showcasing design works.
- Should include class projects, freelance work, social media creatives, branding, or packaging examples.
- Mandarin (required), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required to speak and write to Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Product packaging (e.g., boxes, sleeves, labels)
- Marketing materials (e.g., catalogues, posters, eDMs)
- Corporate gifts mockups
- Social media graphics
- Basic understanding of branding and logo usage.
- Good communication skills (especially to work with sales or production teams).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge in printing materials and processes used in premium gifts.
- Interest in product customization (e.g., how logos are applied to merchandise).
- Photography or basic video editing skills.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for premium gift customization, merchandising displays, roadshows/events, as well as content creation and postings for the company website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.
- Create visual assets including graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into design projects.
- Fresh Graduate: RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 / month
- 1-2 Years Experience: RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 / month
