Looking for a role that allows you to take ownership of your work Undertake pricing, analysis, and monitoring work. Coordinate with other departments and workstreams to ensure appropriate support is provided to the business. Provide training and guidance to junior staffs and develop pricing capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define & develop risk models, calculate technical price based on risk models for retail products Perform product pricing based on request of stakeholders Maintaining premium rates in pricing engine Rate filing with regulator Perform and present financial impact analysis for stakeholders to make informed decisions Manage, coach, supervise, and develop staffs Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather and clarify on requests, e.g. sales, IT Explore and learn machine learning techniques to further optimize revenue and profitability Key Requirements Undergraduate or Master's degree in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics based major Talents with 5 years of relevant work experience or more in General (Non-Life) Insurance Have experience in managing direct reports Good progress in internationally-recognized actuarial examinations Strong analytical and problem solving skills High learning agility and work efficiency Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language (Python, SAS) We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
