Production Manager

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering,Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in wood-based, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of veneered panels.
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve performance and productivity targets.
• Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Manage resources, including raw materials, machinery, and manpower, to optimize production output.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyand reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure workplace safety standards are strictly followed and promotea safe working environment.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
