Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead efforts in management reporting, business performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Management Reporting Ensure timely and accurate delivery of group financial results (MTD, QTD, YTD), including analysis of revenue, staffing costs, and overheads. Support the preparation and review of quarterly financial consolidation and reporting schedules. Develop group-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate financial findings to senior leadership. Drive automation and improvements in the reporting process where possible. Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts for hospitals and business units. Collaborate with department heads to align operational plans with financial targets and projections. Business Performance Monitoring Monitor and report on monthly financial and operational KPIs (e.g., patient numbers, occupancy rates, ALOS, and revenue per case). Evaluate performance against budget, prior year benchmarks, and ongoing trends. Prepare business review presentations for senior management and board meetings. Cross-functional Finance Business Partnering Act as a financial advisor to various departments including Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Procurement. Promote financial accountability and foster performance-driven discussions. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) preferred. Minimum 6-8 years' experience in accounting and FP&A, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools an advantage. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. High attention to detail, yet capable of big-picture synthesis. Self-starter with a sense of ownership and drive for results. Show more Show less
