- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and update financial models to reflect changes in market or business conditions.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards in all financial modeling activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members in financial modeling best practices.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in building and analyzing financial models using Excel or relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of the property industry and its financial dynamics.
