POSITION SUMMARY The FP&A Manager plays an analytical and strategic role responsible for aligning financial planning with business strategy to drive insightful business decisions and support sustainable growth. This Individual Contributor high-impact role partners closely with senior leadership to drive performance, optimize resource allocation, and collaborates cross-functionally to communicate complex financial concepts in support of strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for providing support throughout our organization regarding performance analysis, annual operating plan development, forecasting and capital analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This includes but is not limited to: Strategic financial leadership: enhancing company operations through in-depth analysis of financial data and business intelligence to develop strategies to optimize financial performance. Build productive working relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Operating Teams in order to understand their business operations and the financial information needs of end users. Key advisor to executive leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable business strategies. Manage relationships with others across the Group to achieve alignment in key business strategies and decisions. Assistance with investment decisions on acquisitions, due diligence activities and integration of subsidiaries within the Group where required. Financial planning oversight: own, develop and lead budgeting and forecasting for the Group. Financial Analysis: Identify trends, risks and opportunities whilst ensuring compliance and integrity of operations. Manage KPI analysis including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Ensure the execution of periodic financial forecasts and provide variance analysis and recommendations. Manage the development of financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives. Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered. Perform other tasks or activities as directed. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED Ideally you will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. A membership with a professional accounting body such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants or CPA. Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role with strong understanding of P&L management and business modeling in a multinational environment. Strong track record in driving business performance and transformation in a complex corporate environment. Strong commercial mindset to understand business drivers and opportunities. Experience in Pricing and Deal structuring highly regarded. Experience in leveraging financial platforms and business intelligence tools to drive insights and efficiency. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and specifically be able to apply pivot tables and multisheet formulas. Demonstrated ability to understand business operations, identify issues and define a process to resolve issues. Ability to engage, influence, and educate stakeholders across all levels of the business. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent personal planning and time management delivering outcomes according to a set schedule.
